Guidance for Officials, Staff, Young People, Parents and Carers

Chapeltown Youth Development Centre is committed to continous improvement. One way to achieve this is to listen to and respect the views and opinions of all the young people and parents who attend the centre.  If you are concerned about any aspect of CYDC please advise the Child Protection Officer at the earliest opportunity.

Issues you may have concerns about could include (but not limited to) the following:

• The safety of CYDC's activities
• Poor standards of instruction or leadership
• The standard of equipment used at CYDC's activities
• Poor administration
• The lack of suitable activities for their level of participation
• The infringement of CYDC's Equal Opportunities Policy
• Infringement of CYDC's Child Protection Policy
• Infringement of CYDC's rules/codes of conduct
